The 20ft methanol power generation energy storage box is a containerized modular unit that integrates methanol-based clean power generation, lithium iron phosphate energy storage, and intelligent control within a reinforced ISO container structure. The system combines Direct Methanol Fuel Cell (DMFC) technology with an energy storage module to form a stable “generation–storage–supply” operating chain suitable for long-term field deployment.
Integrated Containerized Structure
The unit is built on a high-strength steel container platform designed for industrial outdoor use. The internal layout accommodates the power generation module, energy storage section, control cabinet, and ventilation channels in a compartmentalized structure. The reinforced frame and corrosion-resistant exterior coating support operation in environments with temperature variation, humidity, dust, or continuous exposure to outdoor conditions.
Methanol-Based Power Generation Module
The power module uses methanol as the primary fuel source and converts chemical energy into electrical energy through DMFC technology. Since methanol is easy to store and transport, the container can operate in locations where fuel supply is limited or where conventional refueling is difficult. The enclosed design minimizes fuel evaporation and supports safer on-site storage.
Energy Storage and Power Management
The integrated lithium iron phosphate energy storage module stabilizes the power output from the generation system. It supports peak shaving, valley filling, short-term load buffering, and emergency backup functions. The intelligent control system manages energy distribution, switching logic, and operation modes to maintain continuous and balanced power supply across different load demands.
